Whilst sandwiches were our traditional specialty, we now offer a wide range of products and packages to service the modern boardroom function, and are always willing to accommodate individual needs. In all aspects of our catering service we have applied the same emphasis on fresh, high quality produce, and flexible service, at an affordable price.

How should I order?

You can order by email, fax or phone. Generally, it is best to order by phone so that we can check off any details with you. For orders not placed over the phone, it is best to order at least 24 hours in advance so that we can confirm its receipt by return fax or email.

How much notice is required when placing an order?

We are accustomed to emergency orders, placed by phone. Nevertheless, more notice is always appreciated. It allows us to purchase ingredients from our preferred suppliers and serve you outside of our normal hours.

Advice

Advice is all part of the service, whether it relates to quantities or appropriate products for your function. Further information about recipes and ingredients are available upon request. ‘Special needs’ participants, or special menu items are no problem; if we don’t stock an item that you desire, we will endeavor to get it for you. Furthermore, we are accustomed to accommodating tight budgets, and offer a unique ‘price matching’ service to ensure that you are getting the best deal.

Delivery

We deliver free within the local area. For non-local deliveries, we merely pass on delivery costs when necessary.

Notice Required for Placing an Order

Flexible service is essential. We understand that a caterer who can satisfy the ‘emergency order’ is an asset. Generally, if we have the raw materials we will try to get you what you need.

However, advance notice is always appreciated, and permits us to select produce from preferred suppliers, as well as service you outside of our normal operating hours. For most items on the menu, 48 hours is sufficient.

Invoicing and Payments

A tax invoice will be provided upon delivery, by email if you prefer. All prices quoted in the ensuing menu are gst-exclusive. Our normal trading terms are 7 days, unless otherwise negotiated. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, electronic transfer, or credit card.
